Yap, there’s another company who give free online certification. Brainbeez [dot] com is the company we’re talking about. This company grow fast enough in giving free online certification to us who pass the test. I try to take some exams last month, like BCNA (Brainbeez Certified Network Associate), BCSE, etc, and I passed the tests, and this month, they update their test difficulties and certification categories. I very appreciate their effort in giving awards (by giving certification for people who pass their tests) and hope they could grow to a big company like Brainbench. 
I suggest you to try and take some of their exams to try their tests and become their member, it’s a free tests so there’s nothing to loss if you try it.
P.S : Their certification only valid for 1 year, and you have to get 60% of passing grade.
